Snow Lab Undergraduate Student presents Senior Thesis
Today, undergraduate research assistant Chester Chau presented his senior thesis in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. The study, entitled "Real food displays and their proximity influence valuation", sought to examine how display format (e.g., real vs. image) modulates decision-making behaviors related to food selection. Jacquie served as Chester's thesis adviser while graduate student Carissa Romero helped oversee the day-to-day progress of the project.
